On the one hand, Geistesblizz GmbH focuses on Mergers & Acquisitions, leveraging extensive experience and networks for small and large SMEs to assist companies in selling their businesses or consulting them on finding new Customers & Markets.
On the other hand, Geistesblizz specializes in backing promising young Ventures in the Tech and IT sectors. With a focus on high-growth areas such as AI SaaS, and MediaTech, Geistesblizz acts with its team as Business Angel and Growth Consultant, and serves on Advisory Boards, providing crucial support and network to young Entrepreneurs.

Eva Wimmers has nearly 30 years of experience in both big companies and startups, especially in the Tech, Telecoms, IT, and Consumer Electronics sectors. She's known for her expertise in leading change, driving growth, and starting new ventures.
In her career, Eva has held top positions at major players like Deutsche Telekom Group, T-Systems, BUYIN, T-Mobile, Huawei, Honor, and ISS Services. She’s also served on various boards, focusing on bringing companies into the digital age, driving international growth, and embracing ESG as a chance.
Nowadays, Eva focuses mainly on growing Startups in high-growth areas such as AI, SaaS, and MediaTech and secondly on er role as a Senior Partner for Tech/IT globally at Cukiermann, a major international Investment House to help customers sell their businesses or find the right targets to acquire with a focus on small & large SMEs.
